Elena Ramirez is the founder and owner of Stretch ER. Born and raised in Nacogdoches After graduating from Nacogdoches High School, where she danced her way through schooland grew to love Pilates, Elena joined the United States Air Force in 2004. While in the Air Force, Elena served 8 years as an Aerospace Medical Technician serving tours in Germany, Iraq, and Afghanistan, working with injured soldiers in the Intensive Care Units. Her tours overseas earned her the Air Force and Army Commendation Medal. During her Air Force service, Elena became Physical Training Leader from 2005 to 2012, which is what sparked her desire to take her passion for Pilates to the next level, Elena started her first Pilates Mat class during her tour in Afghanistan in 2010. The United States Air Force brought Elena to Las Vegas, NV, where she attended The Pilates Studio, Las Vegas and received her Pilates certification and Barre A+ certification in 2011 and her Pilates Method Alliance Certification in 2016. In the midst of her Pilates teaching, Elena attended the University of Las Vegas, graduating with her Bachelors in Kinesiological Sciences. During the same time she underwent training at the Stretch to Win Institute in Tempe, Arizona. Obtaining her Fascial Stretch Therapist Level 1, Level 2, Level 3-Medical Specialist, and Life Stretch Teacher certifications from the Stretch to Win Institute in Tempe, Arizona.
Elena soon decided to bring her passion back to her roots, in Nacogdoches, TX. Elena opened Stretch ER in 2016 on a drive that felt like it was destined. with the goal to treat the whole body and enable people to achieve their desired lifestyle. Stretch ER is the blossom of a dream of teaching Pilates to a wonderful community as well as teach them ways to take care of their bodies.

Harmony Packard, also a Texas native, was born and raised in Lake Jackson, TX. Harmony has been in Nacogdoches for the last 11 years. She spent her childhood practicing Performing Arts and Ballet. This background in dance reflects in Harmony’s style of body work. After finishing high school in Denver Colorado, in 2002, she came back to her Texas roots. Soon after, she met her husband, Adam Packard, in 2007.He was influential in bringing his bride to East Texas. No better place to raise three young boys than right here, in Deep East Texas! As Harmony & Adam grew their family, she was intrigued by the health and wellness community and gained inspiration from her family to pursue her journey in the field of body work. In 2013 Harmony got her license for Massage Therapy from Avalon School of Massage in Houston Texas and has been practicing as a LMT for The Last 5 Years. After meeting Elena, inspiration once again led Harmony to the Stretch –To-Win Institute in Chandler AZ where she gained her certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy. Now as she joins the Stretch ER family, she is extending her education and training into the wonderful world of Pilates.

Jordan Winder aka Stretch ER’s God-Mother, is the Studio’s Manager, Social Media Coordinator, & Marketing Coordinator. Having spent her entire life growing up in The Oldest Town in Texas, Nacogdoches; Jordan has called Elena her Best Friend for more than 15 years. They first met in Junior High, at TJR. However, the bond the two girls developed in High School was initiated by dancing on the Nacogdoches High School’s Drill Team. After graduating from NHS in 2004, Jordan studied Psychology, at Stephen F. Austin State University. She married her high school sweetheart, Nicholas Winder, in the Winter of 2007. Soon after, The Winder’s began to grow their family; becoming parents to Jax age 10 y/o & Carter Reid, age 8 y/o was life-changing! If not at Stretch ER, you can be certain, Jordan is at some sporting event within a 200 mile radius of Nacogdoches, watching her boys play baseball, football or basketball.
